Here is a list of my recommended books, course, and articles for you to read.
I put here only products that I used and that is worth looking into.
I will update this list as time goes on. I have a list of books for me to read and courses to follow.
What Can You Expect
The list of books I have read and can easily recommend.
Obviously, I have read a lot more books, but not all of them are worth mentioning for the following reasons:
- They weren’t impactful to my progress.
- They were “marketing pamphlets”.
- They were boring theory based with no real-life application.
I want you to only focus on actionable content. Things you can do or thinks you NEED to know before doing.
So I only recommend these types of products.
I don’t want you to go waste time on some “woo woo” theory bullshit. We need results and to get results we need to take action!
But you may see some books that are theory-based, but these books are in the category “you need to know before”. Example: Rational Male series.
You need to know about women’s behavior before you start dating, marrying, or falling for this one girl.
As well as business books. To build a successful business you need the right mindset. You need to know what you can expect and how you should react.
Also, I mostly listen to Audiobooks. It saves a lot of time and I remember it easier. It is different for many people, but I suggest audiobooks.

Books about Mental Toughness
by Dale Carnegie
Dale Carnegie will open your mind and make you start thinking differently. This book teaches so many important things, that I can’t even summarise it all. If you are planning on socializing any time in your life or you want to build meaningful connections – you must read this book. It will change your life.
We need to stop seeing our mind as an enemy. This book teaches how our brains work and what we can do to help us achieve what we want instead of interfering. Imagine that – our brain wants us to succeed, but sometimes it doesn’t understand what success is. After reading this book, you can start thinking differently and stop conflicting with your self-beliefs and if needed – change them.
When people say they want to be more confident they have no clue what they are talking about. Because we all think that confidence just comes from external factors like money, looks, and status. When in reality TRUE confidence comes from within. So instead of trying to change the world, think about how you can change the PERCEPTION of yourself.
by Maxwell Maltz
Maxwell Maltz tells a story, how he being a plastic surgeon, noticed that more than half of his clients didn’t need plastic surgery. Rather they needed counseling and change of their beliefs. What we are in the world is what we THINK we are in the world.
by Marcus Aurelius
This book comprises letters from Marcus Aurelius Antoninus roman emperor and one of the most popular stoics to this day. It is a hard read, but if you want to become a more masculine man – this is a must.
by Sun Tzu
This book is as old as time. It was referenced in many movies, other books, and many men spoken words of Sun Tzu. It is about war, however many of the lessons can be used to this day in business, social interactions, and mental training. It is a classic book with a lot of knowledge.
The true introductory course to stoicism. Ryan Holiday brings out the idea that we as men should welcome challenge not avoid it. This is the basis of stoicism and manliness. Forget all the current time “men” wearing dresses and putting on makeup. If you want to be adored by women and become an actual Spartan Man, follow this advice and adapt many of these teachings in your daily life.
by Steven Pressfield
I love this book. This book is like a coach that screams at you after you fall, to get up and go at it harder. If you procrastinate you MUST read this book. This is for writers, but you can use the “kick in the ass” anywhere in your life.
This book will help you make better decitions in your life. Knowing that we all will die someday, you have to live your life to it’s fullest. This is not YOLO book, but more of “make best decitions for you future”, so MBDFYF book. YOLO sounds better though…
Books about Dating
by Rollo Tomassi
You should read it ONLY when you are ready. Ready for what? You may ask. This book will give insight into women’s behavior in the sexual marketplace. It shows you things that you knew all your life, but couldn’t put a finger on it.
So, if you are in your 20s have a long term girlfriend and thinking of proposing, please read this book. You will thank me later. I’m not saying everything is set in stone, but it will give you a perspective on dating, marriage, and women’s hypergamy. This way you can become high-value male and attract high-quality women easily.
This is very close to “woo woo”, but there are some key insights into women’s behavior. I wouldn’t go to this book for the advice perse, but the insights make it worth reading.
by Robert Glover
You can’t give away yourself to everyone. So rather find who is actually worth it. This book teaches about taking care of yourself FIRST. Then you are able to take care of the ones you love.
You will meet many different people in your life. It is very good to know which ones you can trust. “Harvey Dent, can we trust him?”
by Robert Greene
The 48 Laws of Power is a great insight into sociopaths. I wouldn’t follow these laws unless you only want to manipulate others. This book will give you hints on how people try to manipulate you.
Books about Physical Strength
by David Goggins
Everyone who read this book said this got them into running. Well, I have to concur, but it also helped me to stop looking for excuses when things go bad. PLEASE BUY AUDIO VERSION, there David adds his commentary while his friend read the book. This is the best Audiobook I have ever read (listened to). David’s commentary adds a realness to what he wrote, it is just an amazing experience.
