My Progress

With these posts, I document all of the progress I have made in my personal life. Such as things I have learned, hurdles I got over, and how much I have improved.

Most importantly, I’m like You. I tackle day to day stuff and try to improve and be the best version of myself.

You also can improve your life drastically just by adopting a few good habits. Start with something simple.

For example, if you want to lose weight, start with walking more every day. You don’t need to run, just walk for 10 minutes, then walk for 20 minutes, and so on. Little by little you will build up your progress and start losing weight. 

Imagine a 1% increase in wealth every day for a year. That would be a 3650% increase in your wealth in one year. Small things add up over time.
