Mental Toughness

Being smart is not enough. You need to be mentally tough to be a man.

Firstly, building mental toughness takes hard work. The fastest way to become mentally strong is to take care of your mental health.

You need to know yourself to grow.

You need to deal with your issues and stop avoiding hardships.

That is the way that Spartan children were trained, that is how they became Men. From a young age, they were thrown into this cruel world to either survive or die. Those who survived became warriors.

Any battle we fight, we lose or win in our minds. Like any pro athlete knows that to make that last-second shot, you have to imagine you already made that shot.

In the modern world, we don’t need such trials. Our survival is mostly based on social situations and standing up for ourselves.

In conclusion, mental toughness is built by pain. So don’t be afraid of pain. Pain is just a reminder that you’re alive.

Remember, that we as men are survivors, we are warriors, we are Men of Sparta…
